Using a 35mm film camera, and an arbitrarily imposed process of chance, colour film is double exposed to a range of televisual media and ‘real-world’ sources, to the point where origins are indistinguishable (even for the artist himself). Images dissolve into one other, creating diaphanous veils of mediated memories, simultaneously embodying certain characteristics of photography, yet confounding our expectations of the medium.
